The Sr. Financial Analyst - Indirect Cash Flow Reporting role supports the North American Zone's analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management of Operational Cash Flow. The Indirect Cash Flow analyst will work closely with our Zone Finance team in each of the following areas:

* Monthly Reporting Cycle, which includes analyzing MTD and YTD Cash Flow results


* Understanding key business drivers of performance variances vs. budget/historicals/latest estimates


* Building summary reports and detailed presentation materials for communication with Senior Leadership (VP Finance)


* Modeling and consolidating critical inputs to support creation of YTG forecasts, working cross-functionally with Business Partners to understand YTD performance and challenge YTG outlook


* Annual Budgeting Process, which involves supporting the Top-Down efforts of the Zone Finance team


* Leading the Bottoms-Up Cash Flow and Core Working Capital builds


* Understanding all Top-Down assumptions and maintaining continuity throughout the Bottoms-Up build


* Conceptualizing and integrating macro and micro business cycle trends and industry impacts


* Identifying potential risks and areas of opportunity, working closely with the Zone Finance team to develop and cascade target challenges and KPIs


* Adapting to a dynamic and rigorous process that includes multiple stage-gates, deadlines, and parallel workflows


* Ad hoc Requests and Demands, examples include deep-dive analyses of recurring performance variances, direct requests from VP Finance post-monthly Performance Reviews, providing additional visibility on various Cash Flow topics and initiatives


* Degree in Finance and/or relevant workexperience


* MBA and/or CFA designation preferred


* Strong quantitative skillset and advancedanalytical and technical abilities


* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint


* Proven self-starter with the capacity to managemultiple processes, meet tight deadlines and prioritize internal and external deadlines


* Effective communicator with strong speakingabilities


* The capacity to present and explain complexfinancial concepts to both Senior Leadership and Business Partners


* Drive process and performance improvementsacross various functions
