Bunge, a global agribusiness and food ingredient company, has an opportunity available for a HR & Data Analyst based in our Chesterfield, MO North American HQ. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Compensation & Workforce Planning and functionally to the HRIS & Payroll Manager, the HR and Data Analyst will partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Management and business leaders.
This position is responsible for ensuring the HR system of record data standards, both global and regional, are followed accurately. Will compare data elements between the HR system of record and Payroll systems to ensure system synchronization and take measures to correct data errors or disconnects between the systems. Provides ongoing technical support to internal resources and external vendors to ensure data feeds, including payroll feeds as well as other downstream system data feeds are working as expected. This role will also be responsible for developing, running and distributing HR system of record and payroll reports.

Responsible for ensuring North America data follows the established global and regional data standards. Provides support and input on any work done on HR dashboards.
Develops, runs and distributes standard and custom HRIS reports as requested. Requests may come from management, HR Business Partners or the various HR Centers of Excellence.
Coordinates and implements various data changes in the system, including submission of global data change requests (i.e. picklist values being added), entering job code changes and new job codes as requested by Sr. Manager, Compensation/Workforce Planning, etc.
Audits HR related data in multiple systems to ensure accuracy of the data. Provide back-up support in entering data into the HR system of record and Payroll systems in the event data feeds are not functioning.
Provide support to the Sr. Manager, Compensation/Workforce Planning to maintain Position Management data including the execution of data clean-up processes and development of information gathering tools to support data integrity.
Manages the Salary Ranges, Jobs, and Employee Data update processes for the Market Pay system.
Provides support to data collection and maintenance processes associated with compensation planning.
With guidance from the Sr. Manager, Compensation/Workforce Planning, performs monthly analysis of incentive plans for changes and/or additions to the existing plans. Take measures to correct any data in Employee Central as required.
Assists with analytics related to retirements plans and/or budgets as needed.
Provide back up support to the Compensation and Benefits Analyst as requested during heavy work periods or while he/she are out of the office.
Bachelors degree in Business, HR, or related field required
3-5 years of experience conducting in-depth data analytics preferably in an HR discipline such as HRIS, Compensation, or Benefits.
Proficiency in Excel required; Advanced Excel skills including macros, pivot tables, formulas, etc. a strongly preferred.
Demonstrated analytical skill with proven attention to detail is a required.
Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills with the ability to interact at multiple levels
Ability to work in a high-paced environment with deadline driven activity
Ability to work 40 hours per week with overtime as needed
