Job Summary/Scope Benefits Supplemental Questions Job Summary/Scope Responsible for performing duties associated with setting up, operating and closing of food and beverage concessions in support of events at the Civic Arena. Examples of Duties & Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for performing food handling, cashier or bar attendant duties during shift; may be required to perform one or more of these duties during any shift.
Prepares and serves food when assigned these duties as a primary task.
Assists in set-up before an event and clean-up after concession operations cease.
Operates cash register, receives food or beverage orders, accounts for cash register change fund and receipts.
Serves alcoholic beverages, verifies customer's age to confirm legal age to purchase.
Assists in re-stocking and inventory needs under direction of Arena staff as necessary.
Assists in cleaning of concession stand, seating areas and restrooms as required.
Other Duties and Responsibilities Performs all other duties as assigned.
