Duties and Responsibilities Work closely with the Gateway Blend team to find and create the best imagery for travelawaits.com, a website geared toward age 50-plus travelers Work closely with professional freelance contributors, bloggers and internal team to find and add brilliant custom imagery to all content published on the site Reach out and build relationships with brands, companies and other photography resources to acquire the best imagery for travelawaits.com, with proper attribution Have strict attention to detail, and ability to adhere to requirements of both design style guide as well as any marketing channel specifications Provide a consistent and helpful feedback loop to contributors, guiding image requirements and ensuring high quality Help organize weekly newsletter with the best content and imagery Help strategize ideas for audience engagement on all social channels Ability to multitask, complete assignments under deadline, and make quick turnarounds on projects Qualifications and Requirements: Working towards a bachelor or masters degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field Social media management and photoshop experience a plus Self-starter with the ability to streamline functions and a passion to learn and grow Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills Ability to work independently Experience using content management systems Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines At Gateway Blend, we value diversity and the uniqueness of all people.
