Magnitude Software is looking for an experienced and talented Senior Director, Customer Experience that can manage, develop and guide customers in their adoption of Magnitude MDM and PIM solutions and services. You will develop a long-term Professional Services strategy and execute plan within existing Magnitude accounts and be a trusted adviser for our enterprise customers. The role includes all aspects of business development, people management, relationship development, delivery oversight and program management in these accounts.. Magnitude Professional Services engages in a wide variety of projects for customers and partners, providing success for the Customer is key in addition to expanding the Customer base. Our team collaborates across the entire organization to bring access to product and service teams, to get the right solution delivered and drive feature innovation based upon customer needs.. Job Responsibilities:. Manages multiple Professional Services Practices by providing coaching and mentoring to promote and enable Professional Services Leadership growth and success. Building, developing and retaining top talent. Identification and development of specific opportunities and supporting business cases. Forecasting Services sales opportunities and revenue. Planning and implementation of a portfolio of projects, including budget and deliverable responsibilities. Overseeing delivery of projects in account, ensuring high quality delivery. Manage and grow the Partner consulting network. Act as single person of contact for Customer executives, developing deep, trustful relations. Educate customers on Magnitude Products & Services and translate those into a clear business value proposition. Acts as escalation point for high profile customers and assists Sales in selling Professional and Managed Services. Serves as a trusted advisor within Magnitude to develop and refine service recommendations and provide field level insight and knowledge about Magnitude applications to engineering to support product direction. Qualifications and Requirements:. Experienced Practice Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience. A proven track record of business development in Consulting, Support and Managed Services. Must have a level of knowledge and experience of MDM and PIM that allows the individual to provide technical and project leadership. BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; Computer Science or Math background preferred. 15+ years of IT consulting/management experience, with demonstrated IT experience in customer-facing roles. A proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale enterprise IT projects. A proven track record of hiring and developing the best, building teams and coaching them to success. Ability to travel to client locations when needed. Personal Characteristics:. Strong leadership skills.
