Overview Serve as primary liaison between users and IT teams to analyze business, functional and non-functional requirements and establish data requirements and processes related to a newly implemented document imaging technology. Evaluate, extract, analyze, integrate business requests to determine requirements, feasibility, and recommend business solutions. Create, perform, and maintain quality assurance tests processes for imaging systems. Collaborate with the team to gather business requirements and translate them into technical requirements, data mapping, and enriching data from multiple sources based on business rules. Produce and manage client deliverables relative to our imaging offerings. Responsible for serving as a liaison between internal clients and technical delivery teams by defining requirements, functional specifications, test casestest results, release documentation, and by adhering to company and standard SDLC methodologies. Role Gather, develop, validate, document, and maintain business, functional and non-functional requirements and conducts structured walkthroughs of requirements with relevant stakeholders Evaluate business requests to determine feasibility researches and identifies options Create and maintain quality assurance test cases application checkout procedures based on functional requirements Manage quality assurance test cases, where applicable Perform quality assurance testing (manual and automated) on developed application functionality including regression testing Lead user demos, acceptance testing, and application piloting to ensure customeruser needs are met Produce user training materials and conducts user training sessions, as needed Respond to questions from business and IT teams Evaluate and track new or enhanced solutions to determine potential issues and communicates how problems may affect business and recommends solution Manage functional scope and participates in change management activities Perform task automation and implements process improvements recommends enhancements that result in increased quality and service Qualifications Bachelorrsquos degree or equivalent related work experience 5-7 years IT-related experience, such as Senior Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Quality Assurance, etc. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, SnagIt (or other user interface mock up tools), and SQLquery skills (preferred) Document imaging software technology is a plus Dedicated and self-motivated individual Advanced oral and written communication skills demonstrating ability to share and impart knowledge Ability to quickly adapt to new processes and imaging systems, work under tight deadlines and stressful conditions Advanced ability to translate business needs and problems into viableaccepted solutions Advanced negotiating and persuasion skills Ability to liaise with individuals across a wide variety of operational, functional, and technical disciplines Process change management experience Strong written and verbal communications skills Desired 2 years working on IT projects following AgileScrum methodology 2 year working with Team Foundation Server (TFS) Experience in working on IT imaging related projects a plus CCBA or CBAP Certification
